Facility is fine, but a basement. You won't get deposit back until a positive review texted to them. Positive: We liked the location and decor Negative: Where do we begin?? 1) Advertised as a ground floor apartment - was actually a basement. No where was it mentioned that it was a basement. ONLY after we paid the full amount for the stay - the receipt said basement. We asked where they ever mentioned basement - they said in the print. NO - we read it with a fine tooth comb. 2) Charged $500 deposit and after a week/half plus ....many emails asking for it back. (We left it in pristine condition). Being informed that after they have SEEN our review - it would be refunded. We change our's to a glowing review and then our money show up 20 minutes later. We have now reverted the review to what it was originally. IF ONLY we had read the reviews - looks as though this has been done more often than not to people.

Negative: Parking not available They’re dishonest about the rooms, I found out it was the basement when I arrived. Basement too cold ! My kids got sick threw up on a sheet they charged me $110 for one sheet.

Great location to crash with friends in a dorm but feels shady and don’t expect to sleep Positive: The location and allowing for multiple people Negative: 1. Cash down payment was not specified in listing. I have no problem paying a down payment but asking for a Venmo two hours after we check in is shady. I have protections with a credit card that I don’t have from a cash app. 1.5 Person who called to take my deposit was to call me back but did not and just changed the locks while we were there. 2. People upstairs first night partied until about 4am. It was loud to hear the people just walk upstairs even if they weren’t carrying on. 3. Could not shower with out water every going where in the tiny shower. 4. It slept 10 but had living room seating for 5 at the most. 5. Only one bedroom has a door so you are all really sleeping in the living room together. 6. No wine opener

Excelente ubicación, limpio y depa bonito. Positive: Excelente Ubicación, muy bonito, muy limpio. Negative: Somos un grupo de 9 personas y solo es un baño para todos, en eso no es tan cómodo. Quizá si le ponen un medio baño sería excelente. Y les falta una licuadora para batidos.
