Dubois Guest House Room 102

Pretty terrible. They let us book 3 rooms and kept the security deposit for having 4 people in the unit instead of 2. No Negative: Star was slow and unhelpful. We weren’t even locked out of the place for most of the day. Upstairs neighbors were very loud and you could hear everything going on.

Wasn’t a bad stay but I wouldn’t do it again unless it was my last option. Positive: I liked the layout of the property. The location wasn’t bad at all very quiet. Negative: I didn’t like how we had to share one 3bd 1ba apartment with strangers. You basically are paying for one to sleep in & you have to share 1 bathroom with 5 strangers. I felt unsafe/uncomfortable because we didn’t know it was a shared space & disgusted off the fact 5 people have to share one bathroom.

Excellent staff. Very understanding. Positive: We enjoyed preparing our own food !

I really enjoyed the area! A major grocery store was in the neighborhood. Positive: At this location you can prepare your own food! Very convenient!
