Comfortable - Customer service not that good. Positive: The space was comfortable, the location was convenient, and checking in was simple. Be aware is a share apartment, if you are good with that you are going to like this place. Negative: We didn't like that two days before arriving they asked for a security deposit ($300), it needed to be made by zelle or venmo, or Paypal. We did the zelle, really beacuse we didn't have more options... After our stay, I tried multiple times asking for the times and procedures for the refund of our security deposit, I had no response, or they just keep asking for us to leave a good review... I had to put a complain through Booking to finally got contacted and got our security deposit back.

Waste of money. Motel 6 is better and cheaper. Positive: Not much, nothing special. Negative: They try to bully you and won’t give your security deposit back until you write a positive review. Definitely won’t get it back if you write a negative or truthful review. They also charge more and false advertise a deluxe queen with a bathtub in the room which is BS. Just a bed and a shared bathroom. Stay away from these dishonest people.

Positive: The place was clean. Negative: The host never introduced themselves by giving their name. The messages we received seemed like an AI generated robot. No human connection. Our son stopped over for a half hour in the middle of the day and I received a condemning message of “no visitors allowed”. No soap or shampoo or hand towel in the bathroom.

Did the trick for an overnight in Chicago on a cross-country trip. Positive: Easy access, clean, simple. Negative: Toilet seat broken.
