Positive: Once I paid for the location the owner then told me I also had to pay a 200 hundred dollar deposit which I did not receive back yet. Negative: There was a lot of garbage on the ground outside on the property.

Peaceful, secured, essential amenities Positive: It's neat, secured, with the essential amenities. I loved that small kettle on the electric cooker, perfect for my tea Negative: One particular administrative staff was acting awkwardly with almost every request right from booking. But there was this other very nice one. I think they should train all the staff to give a consistent impression Also pay attention to the room type you are booking, for you outmost comfort and privacy, choose the rooms with private bathroom especially if you are staying long. The rooms with shared bathroom are cheaper so be conscious of your choice

No volveré a este lugar Positive: Barrio tranquilo Negative: Ruidoso y se escucha mucho el piso superior. Sin toallas pequeñas. Vajilla sucia. Sin agua caliente en cocina. Lampara que no funcionaba,se reclamó pero nunca atendieron. TV sin control remoto. Falta de limpieza bajo la cama y hasta una botella plástica. Suciedad en el pasillo delante de puerta habitación estuvo 3 días sin limpiar.

Great concept, but the execution is faulty. Positive: There were no hand towels in the bathroom. No paper towels in it either. There was no way to hang a towel near the shower. There was an electrical problem with ceiling lightings. Negative: I had to learn what a hostel sharing facility was like. The other tenant was afraid of us as much as we were afraid of her.
