No show reservation

A headache Positive: The location was convenient, the room itself was nice, and the price was good. Negative: When we first arrived, the code they gave us did not work. Messaged them and received a working one within 5 minutes. When we came back on the second day, the code that worked the previous day did not work. It took over 30 minutes for them to respond to our messages (at 9 PM). We were about to go find a hotel to stay at instead. The next day, we had someone knock on our door and say they had the room we were in reserved for that day and the next few days. He showed us his reservation and we were both booked for the same room on the same day. We again contacted them and they eventually moved him to another room (that was smaller and did not have a private bathroom). Finally, they requested a $300 security deposit via Venmo, which is kind of weird, and said we would get it back within 5-7 business days. It took almost 3 weeks and numerous messages (many of which were ignored) to get the refund.

Ça n’a rien à voir avec une guest house tenue par des particuliers . On est carrément sur le mode « grosse machine » .vous ne verrez personne ! Par téléphone ou mail ! Après 10 heures de voyage, être malmenés devant une porte à code pour une histoire de deposit qu’il est impossible de faire… si vous ne parlez pas anglais réservez ce lieu aux américains ! D’autre part c’est relativement loin du centre ville donc vu que les taxis sont rares, les dépenses en Uber peuvent vite atteindre les 30 à 40 usd … finalement un hôtel hors de prix mais en centre devient plus économique.

Positive: Once I paid for the location the owner then told me I also had to pay a 200 hundred dollar deposit which I did not receive back yet. Negative: There was a lot of garbage on the ground outside on the property.

Positive: Nothing Negative: It was clean
