Please do not book Villa Dubois Guest House. My experience was extremely disappointing. The property Positive: N/A Negative: Please do not book Villa Dubois Guest House. My experience was extremely disappointing. The property was not clearly presented as a shared space, and I was very uncomfortable, so I left without staying the night. The surrounding area also did not feel safe. A woman in the area even told me that her car had been stolen outside the property. Another issue was the payment process. I was required to pay with a debit card and then provide a $300 cash deposit, which I was told would be refunded within 5–7 business days. They initially refunded only $200, and I had to repeatedly ask for the remaining $100 even though I never stayed there. Overall, the communication was very poor, and I felt uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. I would not recommend this place and strongly suggest reading the reviews carefully before booking.

Would stay here again. Positive: Really enjoyed my stay at Villa Dubois. The space was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were easy to reach and made everything simple.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER Positive: To start the stay didn’t look anything like the photos, we had to go get a hotel room because the bed gave us bites all over our body and there was no warning about no soaps or shampoo or anything for that matter Negative: Everything was bad from the start no one ever answered any of our concerns or questions in regards to our stay or how to unlock the door how to use the code etc
