Would stay here again. Positive: Really enjoyed my stay at Villa Dubois. The space was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were easy to reach and made everything simple.

Positive: At this point nothing Negative: They hold you hostage on your deposit and want you to write a review before they can return your 30p dollars This was their response after 4 emails "Please send us your Venmo username once you submit your review " For anyone experiencing this here is the Illinois consumer protection agency https://illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/File-A-Complaint/¹

Positive: Todo estaba limpio y las areas muy ordenadas Negative: No habia televisor en la habitación solo en la sala.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER Positive: To start the stay didn’t look anything like the photos, we had to go get a hotel room because the bed gave us bites all over our body and there was no warning about no soaps or shampoo or anything for that matter Negative: Everything was bad from the start no one ever answered any of our concerns or questions in regards to our stay or how to unlock the door how to use the code etc

Trifling I will never return here again I’m better off at a motel Positive: Nothing at all Negative: Everything about this place is garbage and trifling they had to many bugs and the water was yellow when I first turned it on and the bathroom smell like cigarettes
