The deposit was high for the stay. Didn’t learn about the deposit until it was booked and it was refundable and had to u Positive: The property itself was nice. It was clean in the room and bathroom as well as overall. The shower in the room we were in was nice and great temp on water and room to move in shower. Room was beautifully set up with outlets and lights. Fan worked well. Had a heater incase we were cold. The owner was fast to reply during the stay. Negative: The quiet hours 10-8a. No tv in rooms. Bed was uncomfortable for me and my partner. I didn’t know it was a shared stay until arriving. The owner wasn’t as clear after our stay and didn’t reply when asking questions after leaving.

My stay was cool but the owner and cleaner was kind of rude to me Positive: Everything was lovely, modern. Cool art work, kind of cold, can not adjust heat but they have a space heater. Negative: I was rushed to leave even though I got approved for extending my stay an extra day. It was an error, but I as still rushed to leave.

Safe and relaxing Positive: I really liked staying at this guesthouse. The room was clean and comfy and had everything I needed. Check-in was easy and the people were friendly. It’s in a good spot too, close to everything but still quiet at night. I felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I’d for sure stay here again.

Such a great find! Positive: The guest house was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming. Location is perfect if you’re attending events at McCormick Place or just want to explore Bronzeville.
