Positive: I had a great experience! The location is convenient, and the space is well-kept and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Chicago.

Negative: They scam people asking for a security deposit via Venmo that they say will be refundable but then they refuse to refund it claiming damage to the property. We have pictures of before and after. The call we got about a deposit seemed sketchy. This place should be shut down.

Three weeks later, I still have not received my deposit. When I started asking why the refund was delayed — and declined to write the positive review they requested before processing my refund — they suddenly claimed there were damages, something that was never mentioned during or immediately after my stay. This claim only appeared after I refused to give them a favorable review. This experience left me feeling scammed and mistreated. The withholding of my deposit under false pretenses and the attempt to pressure me into posting a positive review before returning my money is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here to think twice. This is definitely a scam!!
