A headache Positive: The location was convenient, the room itself was nice, and the price was good. Negative: When we first arrived, the code they gave us did not work. Messaged them and received a working one within 5 minutes. When we came back on the second day, the code that worked the previous day did not work. It took over 30 minutes for them to respond to our messages (at 9 PM). We were about to go find a hotel to stay at instead. The next day, we had someone knock on our door and say they had the room we were in reserved for that day and the next few days. He showed us his reservation and we were both booked for the same room on the same day. We again contacted them and they eventually moved him to another room (that was smaller and did not have a private bathroom). Finally, they requested a $300 security deposit via Venmo, which is kind of weird, and said we would get it back within 5-7 business days. It took almost 3 weeks and numerous messages (many of which were ignored) to get the refund.

great for solo travelers Positive: I didn’t know what to expect since the overall rating on Booking seemed low compared to what I think the place actually deserves. The place was spotless, the room was very comfortable and clean, and during my stay there was no noise or anything around that bothered me. I would definitely recommend it, especially for women traveling alone. I rented the room with a private bathroom. Negative: everything was great!

I loved my stay. I needed the rest and opportunity to fellowship that this visit allowed. Positive: I liked the location and cleanliness. The decor was comfortable and pleasing to the eye. I am from Hyde Park. So I am familiar with the area. I was in town for my Kenwood Academy reunion! Negative: All good
