requests for large sums of money in unprotected channels and zero protection from booking. Positive: Nothing Negative: After I booked two rooms I received a message from the property with a request of payment for each room for a secure deposit. The Zelle, Venmo and after also the PayPal friends and family methods that was requested are not sefe for get your money back and after a quick research I found a huge amount of reviews in Google regarding many people struggling for get those money back and many feedback regarding people that say that pictures don’t reflect the property. I asked a few minutes after I received the message to cancel for the impossibility to pay and my concern about the methods of payments but the structure refuse absolutely to do that. If you don’t pay the deposit you are not able to access the property and in the policy it’s not clear any amount requested but it’s clear in the message that you will receive after. Book at you own risk.

The stay was just ok. there was no TVs in the rooms and they kept my $300 incidental fee. SCAM Positive: I liked the patio area Negative: Upon entering the house, I immediately noticed a strong smell coming from the basement, possibly a moldy odor. Unfortunately, this made the stay uncomfortable from the beginning. In addition, the property management was difficult to communicate with, especially since they were not located in the U.S. I was charged a $300 refundable incidental fee, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to return it or provide a proper update regarding the refund. Overall, this place was not worth the stress or frustration surrounding the deposit issue. I would recommend future guests proceed with caution.

Terrible! Never in my ~100 Bookings over ~20 years I got such a case!! Please give me justice! Positive: None Negative: First night was impossible to find. w/much search, found it, nobody there, code on door failed. Phoning, she promised emailing help info, but nothing arrived. I had to go to another hotel. Demand money back for all 3 days!!!

A cold nightmare in Chicago Negative: Impossible to communicate correctly; total absence of professionalism: impossible to receive answers and/or any reactions in the correct timings. Incredible ways/manners to pay and to get refund. Absolutely to avoid!!!!!
