Negative: smells of mold, communication was lacking, flooring damaged,no handrail on the stair, no shade on the patio door in my room, bright sunlight at 5:30am. Woke to find both main doors open on the first day and a young man passed out on the couch in the common area on the 2nd morning. this place looks shiek in the pictures but it is shabby...

Fraudulent Security Deposit
Positive: The place was as depicted in the pictures. Rooms were specially small.
Negative: A $300 security deposit via Zelle was required for entry and it was not returned at the end of the stay. This sort of fraud should not be permitted on Booking.com and this acommodation needs to end.
