Fraudulent Security Deposit
Positive: The place was as depicted in the pictures. Rooms were specially small.
Negative: A $300 security deposit via Zelle was required for entry and it was not returned at the end of the stay. This sort of fraud should not be permitted on Booking.com and this acommodation needs to end.

Negative: They were asking for a US$500 Venmo deposit, but it wasn't mentioned in the listing. This is a scam.

Positive: Excellent location and impressive looking lounge/living room! Every room was spotless and beautiful. Also incredibly worth it for what we paid. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come to Chicago.
Negative: No staff present in the property to greet or help with things, but I understand that keeps costs low.
