Scam Negative: They were asking for a US$500 Venmo deposit, but it wasn't mentioned in the listing. This is a scam.

Positive: Excellent location and impressive looking lounge/living room! Every room was spotless and beautiful. Also incredibly worth it for what we paid. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come to Chicago. Negative: No staff present in the property to greet or help with things, but I understand that keeps costs low.

Very nice place Positive: Very nice place, just as seen in the photos. Very well located in the south side of the city. Clean and quiet, allowing for a good rest. It's close to the subway and bus, making it easy to get to downtown Chicago. The hosts were very friendly and helped us a lot with our stay. Negative: There is no TV in the room.

Bad communication Negative: They required the payment of the deposit through Venmo/zelle last minute, no instructions arrived in advance, this was only disclosed when I called them in front of the door and they left me under the rain until I sent the 500$ of deposit, and the neighborhood is not that calm during the night made me feel unsafe and unwelcomed. Never Again.
